EARLIER THIS WEEK, people were left furious after Donald Trump referred to Haiti and some African nations as “shithole” countries.
Trump asked why the US should accept immigrants from Haiti and “shithole countries” in Africa, rather than places like Norway. The president then tweeted that he “never said anything derorgatory about Haitians other than Haiti is, obviously a very poor and troubled country”.
The comments were slammed by the United Nations, who labelled them “racist” as well as “shocking and shameful.”
Robin Bell of Bell Visuals decided to decorate Trump’s Washington D.C. hotel with some poo emojis in response to Donald Trump’s comments.

In a longer video, which was streamed live on Periscope, Robin Bell’s projection shared some longer messages including “The president distracts us from politics that are harming us” and “This is not normal.”
In May, Bell made headlines for the first time in May 2017, for projecting this message onto the same hotel.
This time around, Trump wasn’t in Washington to see the projections in person as he spent the weekend at Mar-a-Lago. Sure, where else would he be?
